ORDERING REQUIREMENTS...

1. One box minimum order.

1 box 6"X 6" = 25 tiles
1 box 12"X12" = 10 tiles

2. Full payment required before any stocked tile is shipped.

3. 50% deposit required for all custom orders.

4. Minimum of 4 months waiting period on any tile not in the stock.

5. A minimum of 1000 tiles must be purchased for any tile that is not in stock.

6. Orders will be taken on a first come, first serve basis only.

7. Delivery time will be given at time of order. Minimum delivery time on stocked product will be 14 days.

ALL YASEMIN-TM (Patent Pending) Crystal Tiles are hand made from environmentally safe lead-free extremely hard and durable rock crystal. All gold-backed tiles contain 24 carat gold. All silver-backed tiles contain 900 carat sterling silver. We recommend adhesives and grout non-reactive, with lacquer paint for all our tiles.
